Microsoft Teams experienced a decline in weekly downloads, starting at around 11.1K and dropping to 4.2K by the end of December. Despite this, its weekly active users remained relatively high, peaking at nearly 1M in October before tapering off to approximately 526K.

WhatsApp Business maintained a stable download rate, fluctuating around 11K and ending the quarter at 8.3K. Revenue trends showed a steady rise, reaching a high of $2.3K in mid-December. Active users hovered around 800K, with a slight increase at the beginning and end of the quarter.
